1. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have received consent from a legal guardian.

2. Use of the Site

  • Authorized Use: You agree to use the Site solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise authorized by Chasing Sunshine Photography. You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Site's functionality or the experience of other users.

  • Account Creation: If you create an account on our website (such as for booking a photography session or purchasing prints), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password.

3. Payment Methods

  • For booking a session with Chasing Sunshine Photography, payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Venmo

  • Zelle   
    A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking, which will be applied towards the total cost of the session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

    Please note: Chasing Sunshine Photography reserves the right to update, change, or remove payment options at its discretion.

4. Changes to Services & Offerings

Chasing Sunshine Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services or offerings provided on this Site at any time without prior notice. We may also update or change our pricing and service offerings as needed.


While we strive to maintain the accuracy of all information on this Site, we do not guarantee that all content, including descriptions of services, prices, and availability, is accurate, complete, or current.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, and design elements (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Chasing Sunshine Photography or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.


You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Content from this Site without explicit written permission from Chasing Sunshine Photography.

6. Session & Product Deliverables

  • Photography Sessions: By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the relevant policies regarding deposits, cancellations, reschedules, and weather-related issues.

  • Products & Deliverables: Photographs and other deliverables will be provided according to the terms outlined in your contract and are subject to any applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • No Warranty on Content: Chasing Sunshine Photography does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, services, or materials available on this Site.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chasing Sunshine Photography shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in Galveston County, Texas for any disputes that arise under these T&C.

Chasing Sunshine Photography reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to periodically review this page to stay informed of any changes.
