Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Chasing Sunshine Photography! We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policies.
Please review the following Refund Policy carefully, as booking any session with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Booking & Deposit
To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your session date and will be applied toward your total session balance.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, payable by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
Rescheduling & Weather Policy
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your session at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.

No additional deposit will be required for rescheduling due to weather.

If, after a good faith effort, no reschedule date can be agreed upon between you and Chasing Sunshine Photography, your $50 deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations by Client (Non-Weather Related)
If you need to cancel your session for personal reasons (non-weather related):

The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

We encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel, when possible, to avoid losing your deposit.
Cancellations by Photographer
In the rare event that Chasing Sunshine Photography must cancel a session and no suitable reschedule date can be arranged, a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit, will be issued.
No Shows
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior communication will forfeit their deposit and any payments made. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
